GIORGIA LOLLI (1996) is a dance artist from Reggio Emilia. Over the past three years, she has worked between Italy and Finland, where she completed a Master’s Degree in Choreography at Helsinki Uniarts (2025). Dance, for her, will forever happen in the sphere of the plural: her practice intertwines dramaturgical-choreographic research and community processes.

After classical training and a degree in Contemporary Dance from Zurich University of the Arts (2018), she completed her training with Batsheva and Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company. She has danced with Skopje Dance Theater (MK), Monster Chetwynd (Art Basel, CH), Yotam Peled (DE/IL), and Bianca Hisse & Laura Cemin’s (FI) How the land lies (Aerowaves 2023).
She was a performer in the Swiss tour Disability on Stage (2017), an integrated project choreographed by Emanuel Gat. Since then, she has continued with experiences in the field of movement and accessibility. Since 2022, she has been teaching Dance Well – Movement Research for Parkinson’s as part of the European project coordinated by Operaestate. Since 2023, she has been teaching DW in Reggio Emilia, in collaboration with MM Contemporary Dance Company, museum institutions, and Aterballetto – National Choreographic Center.
Since 2020, her choreographic work has been featured on various foreign and national platforms (Anghiari Dance Hub 2020, Vetrina della Giovane Danza d’Autore 2021, Nuovo Forno del Pane 2023, MAMbo – Museum of Modern Art in Bologna). She has been commissioned a creation for the young dancers of MM Contemporary Dance Company, premiered in 2024 at Aterballetto National Choreographic Center. EAT ME, winner of DNAppunti Coreografici, premiered at the Romaeuropa Festival 2024 and is on the list of works mentioned by Aerowaves 2026.

In 2025 she is shortlisted for FONDO (Santarcangelo Festival), selected by Torinodanza for Visiting Artist Program (Dublin Dance Festival) and winner of SupportER, project of Network Anticorpi Emilia Romagna. She has been involved in several international mobility projects, in Catalunya, France, Iceland, Argentina, Tunisia, Lithuania and Poland.

She is working on BODY SWEATS, set to premiere in July 2026.
